An interesting take on the cyclical nature of suburbs/city flee. The early 1900’s saw rise in disease, corrupt police, and people leaving cities.
The idea of the Garden City (ex Greenbelt, MD) took over but ended up being racially exclusive (shock!).

Unpopular opinion: I like Apple and Google’s App Store rules because restricting how an app collects money reduces malicious actors.
Perhaps paying through PayPal would do the same but I fear this Epic case is just going to open up worse business practices in app developers
