Is Frozen Frozen II’s prequel? I would say no. To me, “prequel” means a second story taking place before the first story to elaborate on the world. I would say it was the predecessor.

@CosMichVoyager @_EricHu Without being hokey, have you tried mindful breathing while going to sleep? I have tried different ones and found Box breathing is good for calming down but 4-7-8 breathing puts me right out. It’s weird with the cpap but it becomes 2nd nature.

@jeffbigham I was doing the same with Amcrest/Foscam and then using IFTTT for alerts. Blink is battery operated and you cannot control. It is now owned by Amazon
