@BaltimorePeace @ProgressAdvocat @bmoreconnected I don’t know. My property tax and water bill dollars are flowing to the counties surrounding the city with little reciprocity. Out of city (or state) contractors hiring out of city workers are doing the same.

Our schools need money and none outside want to help so tax’em.

@BaltimorePeace @ProgressAdvocat @bmoreconnected I think we could start with no overtime for non-residents and work from there by phasing in incentives/penalties.

Philly has a tax (generally not just city employees) for those who work in the city. We do the same but credit back if you live here, too.

I made a Greg-form for my fashion design class. I was covered in duct tape and then stuffed with old pillows (the dummy, not me) https://t.co/P2pi0xwXku image image

@eric_hontz @DougGansler @BrianFrosh Not to harp on the misspell, but I got really fascinated at the idea of a “trail lawyer”. Like always wandering, helping those that can’t help themselves. Kind of David Banner meets Highway to Heaven meets Ed.
