@NElmqvist It might be all 3… it’s definitely negative. While UMD is tier-1 in my heart, it wasn’t what upset me to post that. I was thinking of another Baltimore institution that projected a loss 5x higher than my University’s entire budget…Who are kind of jerks to my school.

Maybe I’m mean, but, I think all the people who have gone to tier-1 Universities are coming to the realization that they are being charged for scenery and their administrations are being overpaid to oversee landscaping and sports. It’s rarely been about the education.
