@sevensixfive @wittbecky I grew a black bean bush in Patterson Park.When the season ended, it was as big as me. So I carefully de-beaned it thinking about the chili we’d make.
I got about half a can of beans for one summer of time and two hours of picking.

Today’s the last day of #ColorectalCancerAwarenessMonth and I got a colonoscopy today!
#ColorectalCancer is the easiest cancer to detect and treat if found early.
It’s relatively easy, painless, and may have saved my life (polyp found & removed).
If you’re > 45yo, get one!
