I find dealer satisfaction surveys being either “0 or 10” as in if it’s not a perfect 10 score it’s a 0, antithetical to consumer research and surveys.

I just bought a paddle board for $60 from a web site advertised on Twitter. I’ve always wanted to see what happens with one of these sites but most require credit card and this one took PayPal.
