I don’t get #SpatialAudio . I can’t really tell it from stereo beyond everything sounds separate which isn’t how music sounds when I’m standing there.

That would be accountability to residents. Quantitative data points without transparency become goals that can be manipulated

@marty_leslie @baechamelanie If I’m not mistaken, @marty_leslie made this call, it was turned into a service request by 311. Once it was assigned to whomever, it was closed and the submitter is blocked out. What if it was assigned incorrectly? The wrongly assigned have no impetus beyond “can’t complete”

@marty_leslie @baechamelanie This is a good example of what I’m talking about. This service request should have been transferred to RP, who then transfers to DPW, who then investigates and makes notes in the service request. All of this would be visible to someone with the SR number who could track progress.
